The Knill Gruppe is family owned and consists of two legally independent areas – Energy and Technology. The Knill Energy Holding GmbH – with its subsidiaries and brands – is active in the energy transmission and distribution. In the area of Knill Technology – the special purpose machinery manufacture – the Rosendahl Nextrom GmbH with its business units serves the worldwide battery, cable & wire and fiber optic industry. Both corporations are owned by Christian and Georg Knill – 50% each.
